Downloading PDF Files

To download and view a document, you must have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If prompted to save the file or pick an application, choose Acrobat Reader as the program to open the file. Please note that publications will save as a PDF file, and may take time to download depending on the speed of your modem.

PLEASE NOTE: If you save the file to your hard drive without opening it in Adobe Acrobat Reader first, the file may lose formatting information. If you have trouble downloading files, you may need to reconfigure your browser to view PDFs. For system requirements and technical assistance, please visit the Adobe Reader Help and Support page.

After you download the installer you should place the Acrobat folder in a safe place for future use. Then, open the Acrobat folder and read all the instructions for using the Reader and browser plug-ins.
